Withdrawal of Boarding

4.1    Boarders who wish to withdraw their stay in the hostel must write to the hostel officially by giving one month notice to the hostel.  The notification letter must be signed by parent(s) or guardian.  The deposit will be forfeited if notification given is less than one month.

Boarding fees are charged by the school term. There is no refund of boarding fee for early withdrawals after each term has commenced.

4.2  CHECK OUT PROCEDURE

On the day of checking out, boarders should return all hostel properties to the office. All personal belongings shall be cleared away from the room.  Any unclaimed personal belongings will be disposed by the hostel when the boarder checked out.
