9.1 MEDICAL CARE
9.1.1 Boarders who are ill should report to the Matron/office. If a boarder is too ill to move, the room-mate is obligated to do the reporting. Boarders who are sick should report to the office by 8.30am & 7.30pm (Monday to Friday) so that medical attention will be given.
9.1.2 Boarders are advised to go to the clinic for treatment rather than on self-medication. All transport and medical fees are to be paid by boarders.
   
9.1.3 The hostel maintains a first aid kit in the office and guardhouse.  A set of AED kit is kept in the office.
9.2 COUNSELLING CARE
Boarders are encouraged to approach the Senior Boarding Master, the Boarding Master/Mistress or Mentoring Teachers if they have any problems pertaining to health, studies, inter-personal relationship, personal problems etc.
9.3 SECURITY AND SAFETY MEASURES
9.3.1 Every boarder is issued with a hostel pass. Boarders are required to produce them when asked for by any hostel staff or the security officers for identification purpose.
9.3.2 Boarders are to safeguard their belongings. Valuable items and money must be locked up. Boarders are to ask permission before using/borrowing belongings from others. The hostel management will not be responsible for any loss, or damage of private property.
9.3.3 Boarders are advised not to keep large sum of money in their rooms. They are strongly recommended to open bank saving accounts.
9.3.4 Windows must be shut and doors locked when leaving the rooms.
9.3.5 Climbing out of windows are strictly prohibited. Boarders should not bend over or sit dangerously on railings.
9.3.6 All security doors shall be closed at all times.
